  • Essential oils, acetone, peroxides, hair dye, and Epsom salt.

A quick wipe with a squeegee and a little mild soap is all it takes to keep them looking their best day after day.
Warning: Abrasive powdered or liquid detergents can damage the surfaces. Never allow them to come into contact with corrosive products such as drain cleaners.

  • Essential oils, acetone, hydrogen peroxide, and hair dye.

We recommend wiping the squeegee down after each use and storing it properly.
Simply clean the door with a solution of water and vinegar: 1 ounce of vinegar to 5 ounces of water. You can use a mild detergent, but avoid any ammonia-based products, as they could damage the glass surface.

Our customized products are carefully crafted according to your specifications. Please allow 14 business days from the time the customer approves the design. Please note that this timeframe may vary depending on the volume of orders we receive.
Since each personalized product is made to your specifications, returns and exchanges are not possible.
Before we begin customizing a product, we’ll send you a proof to ensure the product meets your needs. We ask that you carefully review all details of this proof (model, colour, design, dimensions, etc.). Once the design is approved, production can begin.
If the product you received does not match the design you approved, please contact the store where you purchased the product or our customer service team at info@zittagroup.com as soon as possible. We will assess the situation and take the necessary steps to correct the error or replace the product to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Since each custom order is made to your specifications, it cannot be canceled once confirmed. We recommend that you carefully review all details (designs, colours, dimensions, quantities, etc.) before confirming your order to avoid any mistakes.

To ensure the best possible result, your photo must be high-resolution and of good quality. If you’d like to use a personal photo or one other than those available in the INSPIRA image library, we recommend checking out Shutterstock or iStock to find a suitable image.

Accepted formats: AI, EPS, PSD, JPG, JPEG, PNG, TGA, TIF, TIFF, BMP.

Important: Choosing a photo from outside our image library will incur additional fees. Our printing specialists will determine whether the photo is of sufficient quality for the requested format or design. Several technical details must be validated before production.

Zafe products are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
Zafe Glass Warranty: 5 years, subject to normal use.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and any issues arising under normal conditions of use. For any questions or claims, please contact your store or our customer service department.

These warranties do not cover the following situations:
  • The installer or contractor must verify that the product is neither defective nor damaged prior to installation. If a problem is found, installation must not proceed. Any installed panel found to be defective will not be covered by the warranty. Furthermore, any issues resulting from improper installation are not covered.
  • Deterioration of the protective coating (loss of gloss, flaking, stains, etc.) due to excessive cleaning that does not comply with normal conditions of use and maintenance.
  • Breakage or damage resulting from fault, negligence, abuse, improper use, poor maintenance, alterations, or modifications to the product. Also excluded are damages caused by corrosion, fire, flooding, natural disasters, or any other unexpected event.
Zitta Group offers the following limited warranties on its products. These warranties apply only to the original owner/user for personal household use.
Additional restrictions apply to commercial uses.

Yes, the use of mortar or adhesive is mandatory for the proper installation of your shower base. To be covered by the Zitta warranty, it must be installed according to the base installation guide.
Do not use urethane, silicone, or construction glue.

The walls are fixed using silicone applied to the back of each panel. Refer to the product installation manual for detailed installation.
Yes, the SLATE base can be cut to suit the installation configuration, if required. We recommend cutting the base with an angle grinder fitted with a ceramic diamond blade on the wall side to avoid variations in the appearance of the base.
At all times refer to the manual for correct installation.

Cutting a base is irreversible and therefore Zitta Group cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damage caused or resulting from the modification of our products. Cutting above the maximum dimension will also void the warranty.

Zitta Clean is a factory-applied treatment that allows water to bead on the glass, making daily cleaning easier.
You can purchase our Zitta Glass & Acrylic Cleaner, from our Zitta Group retailers. Combine the cleaner with a Zitta Group high quality squeegee to remove water from the glass for effective daily cleaning.

The Zitta Clip is a part installed at the bottom of the shower door that can be removed. It allows to move the door away from the panel for easier access and cleaning. Available on certain models only.
You can use our Zitta cleaning product designed specifically for glass and acrylic. You can also clean using a mild detergent, such as dish soap mixed with water or using a solution of water and vinegar. Use 1 ounce of vinegar to 5 ounces of water.
Do not use ammonia-based products as this could damage the surface of the glass.

There is a repair kit available only for SLATE bases. It is ideal for minor repairs and scratches. Not applicable for a cracked, broken or heavily damaged base.

Zitta Group offers the following limited warranties on its products. These warranties apply only to the original owner/user for personal and residential use and upon presentation of the purchase invoice. Additional restrictions apply to commercial use.

Zitta Group warrants the following products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance, for the period specified above, starting from the original date of purchase by the owner/end-user, contractor, or builder from an authorized dealer.

Subject to the terms and conditions outlined below, Zitta Group guarantees that the product is free from manufacturing defects as of the date of purchase. This warranty applies exclusively to the original buyer and for personal use only; commercial or industrial use is not covered. This warranty is non-transferable to a third party.

This warranty excludes any costs related to shipping, handling, installation, or removal. This warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from Acts of God, accidents, catastrophes, abuse, negligence, improper installation, addition or removal of parts or equipment, misuse, extreme temperature variations, or exposure to chemicals or abrasives of any kind. It also excludes stains caused by various types of water, such as ferrous or alkaline water.

Zitta Group cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages caused by or resulting from incidental occurrences, nor for labor costs, sundry expenses, loss of time, materials, or other costs related to the application or replacement of the product or its components. In the event a manufacturing defect occurs, the owner/end-user must have followed the installation instructions provided in the installation manual and must present both proof of purchase and proof of installation by a professional recognized by the construction industry.

Zitta Group may, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the product based on the current selling price. Zitta Group reserves the right to have the defect inspected on-site by a representative of its choice. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization from Zitta Group.
We recommend using a mild soap, such as our Zitta Group Cleaner, and a soft cloth like microfiber to clean your glass, bathtub, shower base, and any other Zitta Group acrylic products.

To keep your doors and panels cleaner for longer, use a squeegee after each use.

Do not use abrasive products or high-concentration chemicals such as ammonia, acid, etc., or scouring pads on your shower glass or acrylic products, as these will damage the finish and the ZittaClean glass treatment.
